It's a lesson we've all heard since childhood, but it remains a critical component to feeling good throughout our lives, especially as we reach mature adulthood.

Bodies-n-Balance trainers believe in the power and science behind "eating clean" and help clients incorporate healthy food choices into their diet that are designed to optimize strength and energy. All Bodies-n-Balance clients receive detailed meal plans, sample recipes and resources to help them plan meals that work for their tastes, and their body's needs.
What is "eating clean"?
Quite simply, it is the practice of eating whole, natural foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates (whole grains). Fewer refined, boxed and processed foods mean stronger muscles, a higher metabolism and best of all, a feeling of satisfaction that stays with you until the next meal.
How Nutritional Coaching works at Bodies-n-Balance
Once fitness goals have been set, your personal trainer will ask you to keep track of what, when and how much is eaten over the course of several days. Together, you will sit down and analyze the results to determine what stays, what goes, and what can be introduced into a daily diet that will help drive the desired results.
